Olympic Rings

This is my creation of my Olympic Rings.

This was pretty ok by using the two programs. The disadvantages of this is by putting the rings together to make it look like its actually stuck together. =)

Today was the day i started to work on my assignment. The first thing i had to do was to choose from Inkscape and Gimp. So i picked Inkscape because it looks simple and looks easy to shuffle round with.

I drew out my sketches of my animation. I had a bit of trouble starting. The main thing was that i haven't used it before but as soon as i got the hang of it i had no problems. I was aving my work on my documents.

I was saving my frames as png files. The frame raate i was aiming for was bigger than what i expected. Today though i was just continuing my animation.

30/3/09

The final size of my animation is 205 kb. The difficulties i encountered were pretty harsh. Some of them are; using the program itself, how to export the bitmap, where to export it to, how to upload videos to blogger. That is basically the major problems i had with this animation assignment.

Today was the day to do finishing touches and seeing if the animation works.

Finally it works.!!
